Description
The feeder/ loader of Bands DGF-1033, is composed of a column anchored to the ground and an arm on which is moved horizontally the cup-holder assembly, articulated and equipped with vertical movement.
The arm-holder-suction set is moved along guides, with support wheels and linear bearings on the arm. Set equipped with translatory movement through displacement motor-reducer controlled by frequency converter and encoder positioning on the X axis, and head driven by rack and electric motor-reducer for vertical positioning on Y axis.
The suction cups arm is articulated by a pneumatic cylinder to receive the bands in semi-vertical or horizontal position, as required.
