Description
The DGF-33012/100 Autonomous Shuttle Wagon is designed to autonomously move material throughout the factory, both blocks or already cut material, being able to transport input trolleys for the cutting machines, such as multiwire, block cutters or gangsaws. It has a loading capacity of 100 tons and reaches speeds of 15 m / min.
Its main characteristic is being autonomous, being able to set key stop points, whether they are cutting machines or rest sidings, and programming its route, save time and labor.
It has both front and rear safety sensors, as well as lateral, these sensors detect obstacles early enough and the side barriers prevent access while in motion.
It has a reel with electric motorization for pulling non-motorized wagons, and 4 rollers in the corners to avoid hitting directly on the concrete pit.
